I just bought tickets online and the website crashed. I refreshed the page and clicked “complete my order” and it gave me a warning saying “It appears this order has already been completed”, but it also says that my order is not compete. Do I buy more tickets? Am I supposed to be receiving an e-mail with the tickets? I’m not really sure what’s happening here.
We are looking into it, and will send you an e-mail ASAP to figure out the situation.
Just received the e-mail with my tickets. Apparently everything went through okay! Thanks for the follow up. Looking forward to the concert. Have an awesome day!
Wonderful 🙂 We’re glad you’ve got your tickets and look forward to having you at the concert! It’s going to be a great show!
I am just wondering if this is a family event? are children welcome to attend the concert??
Thanks for the question. Yes, this event is family friendly! Children are welcome to attend the concert. We know of some families who are planning to attend.
We were really hoping to go to the concert. Will there be any shelter if it is raining??
In the case of rain, the stage will be covered so the performers will still be able to perform. We encourage all attendees to bring umbrellas, coats, and whatever gear they may need to stay comfortable.
We hope you will be able to attend!
It was an Absolutely wonderful evening regardless of weather , mcs folks are great , thanks !.
Thanks Marge! We love hearing your feedback! Glad you enjoyed the concert – it was such a fun show, even with the weather, wasn’t it?
Big thanks to High Valley and all the performers for doing the concert!
